OUR MISSION
Over 98% of the people living in Karakore and Hosanna, Ethiopia, struggle with extreme poverty. Challenges like dirty drinking water, homelessness, malnutrition, unemployment, and illiteracy plague our communities. Lelt Foundation provides assistance that empowers families to pull themselves out of the cycle of poverty, permanently.
The Lelt Foundation believes that being born into poverty should not deny you the right to succeed.
Our programs are designed to empower acutely impoverished families to become sustainable, financially secure, and independent.
We focus on educational and employment opportunities that provide the tools and resources needed for women and children to achieve success in school and enterprise.
